No team viewer connection on iphone app

can you please answer the following question in your reply:
what Service Pack of Windows Xp are you using?
what OS is the partner using?
did you try re-installing Teamviewer?

you cannot create a new account with the same email address,have you tried resetting your password?

Sometimes this is an error that goes away when you specifically connect to the store to purchase music or videos. Ether your password or user name is wrong it could of been a typo when you signed up or you have your pass word mixed up with another next time click on for got pass word give them the info. they ask for and keep checking your email .

"Connection lost Reconnecting" means that your iPhone's connection is weak, and that it had gotten disconnected from the server and is trying to reconnect with it. Don't worry, your account has not been hacked.

Have you checked your partner number to be sure that it matches the one that you have at home with your laptop? Can you connect to team viewer when you are at home?
