It's more than likely the ujoint in the front by the knuckle...You can jack your truck up and turn the wheel to the side it is squeaking the most. Turn the tire by hand and see what it feels like.If your u joint is bad it will bind when you spin your tire.
This is a problem that can be annoying but there is no simple fix. There are several things you can try.
If the tires are new, clean them and scrub them up with an abrasive cleaning pad. The green 3M scotchbrite pads work well.
I have sprayed Pam or any available spray cooking oil to the tires to quiet them. The main disadvantage to this is that the wheelchair may become uncontrollable and slippery at higher speeds on the floor surface. Exercise caution and test this first. If there is a control problem, use a cleaning agent to remove the tire lubricant. There are commercial car compounds to spray on drive belts to keep them from squealing and slipping which may work.
Try cleaning the floors to a dull finish or try a different floor finish. Trial and error may be the best solution. Hope this helps.
Jack the car up put you hand on the 12 and 6 o'clock position and try to rock the tire if it moves it is a bad wheel baring if it squeaks when applying the brakes it can be the pads are worn out if it clicks I can be the half drive shaft if it is a drive shaft run one way if it is quit it is ithe inside it will be noisy if you make circles the other direction then there are the strut towers that can squeak hope this helps
the easy whay to fine this out is to put the spare tiyer on and drive it
if it still squeaks it could be the disk pad binding up a little on the disk
wip them both out on both sides and apply some copper ease to the back of the pads making sure they can slide easly in there holders
the next time your driving and you here this squeaking noise jut apply a very little presher on the foot brake to push the pads onto the disks if it stops the squeak its pads
