This was just put together out of the box & used for 5 mins then stopped working & displays these codes
I have the exact problem. My machine is 3 days old. I am also getting this H03, H13, H24 error. I called the 1-800 number for the Treadclimber TC20 and they informed me that a handful of machines were sent out with a bad control board. I am waiting for a replacement board.
3,000 dollar machine, only 10 hours to it, and already error, board quit working..hubby trying to call thenumber for help, always busy...so i guess we not the only ones
its a TC20 usage almost a week now....and now error H03, H13 , H24 ..ETC. really? this soon for problems
got in touch with them...found out its the circuit board ...there mailing it to me, but i have to install it myself or find someone who can...i see lots of people talking about the same problem, boflex should know about this faulty. but yet they still advertising and selling these same machines

TC1000 from Bowflex, works okay for 15 mins then the speed surges ahead and stops dead with error E1
SOURCE: After approx. 30 min. of walking on full speed it
I had this happen on our machine after about 5 years of use. I just recalibrated it and it appears to be working fine now. See the manual for information on the steps needed to take in order to do this.

Unplug your machine, restart it and try to calibrate it one more time. I had to do this with mine and it did take more than one try to get it to recalibrate again.

You are not on a dedicated circuit the amp draw must be significant thus pulling down the voltage causing your grief. Find a and outlet that is not on the same circuit your electronic units maybe in another part of the house. Or put in a new circuit if you have a vacant in the breaker box, but that need a qualified electricians to do the job$$$$$
