there is compitable upgraded software cd availabe with the vista dealer .get that cd and load that software first.then load your printer cd it will work.

Hi, i have lost my cd for setting up my printer (DCP-115C) and need to install it on to a new computer - a friend said i can download it but i don't know how or where from!!! can you help please?

Here is driver download page, follow instructions, enter details and download the driver : Brother Solutions Center: DCP-115C: Others.

To install the driver do the following:

do the following.

Unplug printer USB.
Go to control panel >> installed printers in Windows and remove (delete ) your printer from printer list.
Download driver from website and run the file.
Follow driver installation wizard.
Plug back printer when prompted from installation wizard.
