I can not find the drain oil plug on my 22 in Toro mulcher , 6 and half HP ....
SOURCE: put too much oil in
Hi cldgaines1...
You do not want excess oil in the crancase, it can cause mechanical problems and smoke a lot.
Drain the excess oil out of the crankcase..
If you have an oil drain it will be located under the mower housing.
If you do not have an oil drain then you will have to tilt the mower with the oil filler plug removed to drain the excess oil from the crankcase.

IF you do not see the drain plug o the side of your engine, than most likely it is located on the bottom of the engine you will most likely have to remove the guard that covers the belt if you have self propelled lawn mower and the plug should be under the guard. Good Luck
SOURCE: I just bought a Toro
see if the belt is still on ,or came off,if that's it take it to a Toro dealer it's warranty'd if you bought it new?

Hi steve16092...
You may have MAJOR damage to your motor because of overfilling the oil.
Sometimes you can bend or break a piston rod when the engine is overfilled.
Meanwhile you can check a few other things.
Take your plug out and ground it against the head of the engine with the spark wire attached to it.
You should get a bright blue spark, if not then check your ignition module, it may be faulty.
If you have spark, then try putting a little bit of lighter fluid/or gasoline in the cylinder and reinstall the plug and try to crank it...if it cranks, then you may need to clean/rebuild your carburetor.
