My memory card files are unable to access

most probably, THERE IS VIRUS. THERE IS WARNING! DONT INSERT THAT MEMORY CARD!. virus will spread to that phone and the phone will also have the same problem even without memory card

access the memory card folder in the phones file manager options and then look for the memory card's properties.from there you can select to format memory card,just click yes and your done.

The phone seems to show that the memory is full as there are errors in the software. So to reset remove the battery and the memory card from the phone. Using your PC , scan the memory card for any corrupt files or media files with virus- it is possible when they are downloaded from unsafe sites. If so remove or format the card. Now replace the card and battery and switch on the phone. If the phone hangs up then it is confirmed that the software is corrupt and will need a reinstallation. Seeking help from the authorized service /support centre is most ideal. Take estimate and decide.

Hi , The only way u can fix up ur corrupt memory card is by formatting it completely .
I will give u the steps to format it .

• Connect ur memory car to ur computer with a memeory card reader
• An icon with name Removable disc will show up in the my computer page for memory card
• Right click the icon and select format .
• 
  
• Finally Click start .
• 
• Note : When u format ur memory card all he information in it will also get lost

dude,You will need to format your memory card, because i had this same problem and after formatting.. it is working fine..

first change your message settings storage location to memory card . if it does not allow you still , once remove memory card and type *#7370# and press yes and enter lock code (by default code will be 12345) then your phone will be formatted . So now it becomes faster and solves your complaint.

hey u just format with your nokia 72 after .and then it will work

ok..then try formatting ur fone first without the card..n then try again try formatting ur card.If the same thing happens u'll have to scan ur card for errors n badsectors using a pc.

you need to format the memory where the file you want to delete is located.. exp: MMC

or format the whole phone by using this code: *#7370# the O.K then enter your sec. code.. (the default code is 12345)

if the file you want to delete is still there, then after phone format for mat your MMC or external Memory..
