First thing to do is run some virus scans.

G7000 is a series, and HP do not actually make that model. look on the following page and select the model you have, it should be on a sticker on the reverse of your laptop http://www8.hp.com/uk/en/support-drivers.html

It is probably just a stuck pixel. As long as the stripes are white it can probably be fixed easily. Read the article below and see if it resolves your problem

you need to replace the lcd....take the phone to a mobile service centerand have them replaced.
