Toshiba Tecra M4-S435 is Tablet PC. Windows XP (Profession) has no option of touch screen. In order to use the feature, you need to install Windows XP Tablet PC Edition or you may install Windows 7, which supports this feature and you would definately be able to use stylus and touch screen, as I have installed Windows 7 and its working fine with all the drivers etc.

Hi. You normally do not need a driver for MP3 players with XP. You should just be able to plug it in to the USB port, then wait for it to find the new hardware, then it will show as a new drive in 'My computer'
