I had the dreaded F35 faults about 3 months ago. Replaced the pressure sensor and clean out the trap. Then it started to make a loud rubbing noise during the wash cycle only. I read that the main bearing might be the problem but I don't hear the noise during the other cycles. I did make a video so people could hear the sound. I posted it here. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WQpkVKd6r3Q Thanks Jon

not nesseccarrily your pump, possible you have a rear bearing going bad, which will sound as if a helicopter is coming through your laundry room. ( noisy pump can be the issue , honestly a better and cheapre problem to have) in order to determine if its apump problem you can remove the lower access panel and unplug the pump then start the spinn cycle, if it still loud the pumpms not hte issue.

It sounds like basket support failure. How old is the machine? They usually **** at around 5 to 6 years. Unless you are going to fix it yourself or it's under extended warranty, junk it.
The repair requires a complete teardown of the washer. two to six hours labor depending on tech skill level.

Hello &
Welcome to FixYa
F35 error means that there is some sort of issue
with the steamer electronic board and analog pressure sensor has gone bad.
Check that the hose is firmly attached with the washer and is not blocked. You
can also check the water level pressure switch operation. Please get back to me
if you have any other questions.

How can I check the Basket to see it is a failure?
I checked the pump and it is not the source of the noise. How can I tell if it is a bearing vs the basket support? Also this noise does not happen during high speed spin so does that rule out the bearing?
