Fault code 38 in intuitive eco washer

Our washer did the same but it was after I took the excess drain hose and pushed it into the drain in the wall. I thought it looked "more tidy" In doing so I created a siphon effect. Once I pulled the excess hose back out it was fine.

Hi just read your posting.The error code 50 is called HOT VALVE FAULTY.Does the error code appear in your LCD display when the machine is at the start of the cycle when it is starting to fill?The components that could be faulty are--water valves ----control module or wiring.This fault will also appear if the machine powers down while in the spin mode.To accurately diagnose the fault on your machine please reply back with additional information on all the questions and I am sure I can help you rectify this fault.Looking forward to your reply.
