have you checked all connections to the battery, make sure the battery terminals are free of cerrosion(rust&mold) make sure alll the power cables are intact. it does not sound like the power supply due to the fact that the light is coming on for a min or so.

my computer when start I saw the logo of windows, but faster the screen its turned black and dont nothing. I reboot all componet and give me a msg fan are RMP=0, and the hard disk do nothing too.

in these case u have to take one star screwdriver. carefully remove all screws n check the battery slot is it broken. if it is , den u have to change the slot.its just the connections problem. no prob with board. so dont worry ur works again.
