I turn on tv blue led is on but nothing on screen, then power shut down after 30 sec. any advised what is problem. tv power supply part number 846-240-H3CZZSH same as tv polaroid power supply. thanks in advance

The solution at this point would be to get the power supply repair since new boards are not longer being manufactured. In about 95% of the time if the LCD doesn't power up or turns OFF by itself or need to be unplug for some time to make work again; those are the symptoms of a dying or defective power supply.
If your TV is less then a year old, still under manufacturers warranty.

Power supply is the place to look, look for bulging on top of the capacitors in the secondary side of the main power supply.
