Baught a new fridge Sharp SJF60PSSL doesn't have an instruction manual with it. It wouldbe helpful so I am able to use all of its features

Just take the cover off. You can go to your local hardware store or pharmacy like walgreens, cvs and purchase an appliance bulb

The motor you have order C0817.4.5 is the evaporator part N15 in parts diagram and the motor in the page no 13 as you have already mention is the same motor. So the most possible is that the motor you have in your hands is not number C0817.4.5 but pobably other motor of other model and they gave you ither by mistake or sometimes they thing that is compatible.
So the only solution is to specificaly demand the code C0817.4.5 and to confirm to you that is for model FFBM920W.
Also you have not mention if you have removed the old motor and you have the side by side with new one so you compair them yourself and if you see any diference.
In addition you can try check the old motor since many time the motor stuck and is not burn. If you use a lubricate oil spray from a DIY shop and turn it the fan with hands if it is litle stiff then there is a grait chance the motor to be recover and work normal again. This will give you somemore time to descover the correct motor and keep it in stock for future.

The drain in the freezer behind back lower panel
needs opening. You can see it at the bottom of the back panel
underneath the evaporator coils. (The cold coils)
Run Hot water in the drain until it clears or use a hairdryer.
When the defrost melts the water it goes down the drain
If the drain is clogged with Ice or ? The defrost water
overflows into the ref. or freezer
Run Hot water in the drain until it clears or use a hairdryer.
Also check fan undernearh Ref in the rear
Clean condenser coils underneath
