If I set the correct time and date in Windows, power off the laptop, power back on and logon the network, Windows complains about the time and date being incorrect. If the date if off by 1 day previous it is fine and does not complain when I logon.
When the Date and Time is set in the BIOS setup or in Windows and when you boot up next time and the date and time are incorrect then the problem is a flat BIOS battery. A flat BIOS battery cannot keep the Data and Time stored in the BIOS. Replace the BIOS battery and set the Date and Time etc and the problem will be fixed.

Try checking your Security Center, make sure everything is Ok or On.
If you are using two or more firewalls, I highly recommend that you use one, because it will conflict. Make sure it is up to date, has downloaded the latest updates to keep it high performance.
Otherwise, if it does not work, then you will need to take the battery out and use the AC adaptor instead.

When the time is set correctly, I get the error about the time not matching the network time. If the time and date are incorrect, the error is NOT displayed when I log into the network. This creates a problem when sending e-mails and the time and date is incorrect. The time might be off 24 hours or 12 hours and it will NOT display the error, but when the time is correct, the error is displayed.
