I'm trying, with no luck, to locate a remote control code that will allow me to program a Sony RMEZ4 to operate a Craig CLC-501 television. Craig customer support gave me: 6222 & 0073. Sony lists: 8020 & 8023. Are there any alternatives that you know of?

The code for AVOL or type in AVL for a search it shows up as an APEX brand. Need to use the Apex code. 0156, 0748, 0765 0767, 0879. 0748 worked for me

If the tv is a magnavox, you should have a magnavox remote or a universal to work it, unless I am not understanding your question. Dale

Thanks for the info. I eventually need 20 of these, but have ordered just one for now to verify that is works. I tried another brand of "big button" remotes to no avail. I will post the outcome in a few days.
