The manual is on Pentair's site. If you are leaking water at the plastic conections you might be able to tighten them down a little. Don't go crazy they are only plastic. There are orings in there and may need to be replaced

The warranty is a year, so try claiming on it. Add a few months to the installation date. You bought all the hardware including the heater, and then started digging the ground.
The Applicable Warranty Period is one (1) year from the Purchase Date or 90 Days on the Heating Element. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper water chemistry. The warranty will be void if the heater is not installed by a licensed technician, or the heater has been installed on a soft sided pool.
Water in the heating chamber will cause your heater to make these sounds. If your water is cold, it will create condensation inside of the heating chamber. Another way water would get into the heating chamber is if your heat exchangers are leaking. Id check to make sure that heating chamber is not full of water, if theres any real accumulation of water, 2" or more, inside that chamber, the exchanger needs replacing. Otherwise, it sounds like condensation.
This could be a number of things. Most often it will be the internal by-pass. You find the assembly inside the water header, it controls water flow through the heater. When it goes bad it can open at a low temp and keep the water from going through the heater. Also you will want to check the temp probe on the side of the header. If this is bad it will usually show up on the temp display though.
if the intellitouch is properly wired to the heater, it should all be automatic and you should be able to control it all from the remote.
there should be three wires connected to the circuit board behind the manual control on the heater (labeled "POOL", "SPA", "Common"). Those are the wires that the intellitouch uses to communicate with the heater.
You can download manuals from the Pentair website.
Their can be a number of things.. Is the pump priming. Hopefully it did prime. what usually happens after running for awhile, with no cool water coming in. The water inside the pump basket starts to heat up, then the tubing turns to brownish on the input side of pump and exhaust side. (you could have air leaking in throught the input side, which could result in the pump never priming) Or if it is priming and no pressure (can mean your empellar is clogged up)
