Uinstall and reinstall Windows Live messenger will fixed the problem, what i suggest is install an older version of Windows Live Messenger...

Sometimes, the service is just "unavailable". If this is happeneing every time, double check your internet is working, and that it isn't being blocked by a firewall.

How to fix WLM 80070002 Error?

- Search for ppcrlconfig.dll (probably located in X:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft\IdentityCRL\ppcrlconfig.dll) and delete it.
- Remove any WLM or MSN Messenger installed (including MSG Plus).

i believe this is a window live messenger error, they already claim that thiers a problem with their wlm release but you can try this fix from microsoft web site
