Motorola MOTO U9 Pink ringtone/pic downloads?

Please, is there any site I can use to dl these from direct to my u9 phone.?? Tried everywhere I can.

Also, how do I transfer pics from pc, on the phone?? [can sync and dl music from pc via cable/wmp 11] but unsure how to do the pics?

help [new to moto u9]

U9 Moto has frozen. Nothing that I do can unfreeze it.
Fixed the problem.
Removed battery for a minute, replaced it, put phone on charge, allowed full charge, all OK.
