As Navman Support told me there is officially NO SOFTWARE UPGRADE, NO OTHER MAP and NO COMPATIBILITY WITH OTHER NAVMAN PRODUCTS.... Because F15 is an SPECIAL OFFER for beginners... oh God.... I aquired my F15 in RadioShack.... Will try some inofficial methods.

I got the F15 last march but can only find 2009 updates for $149 on navman site - shouldn't need to pay that if its only a year old?
It is USB Simple Mass Storage about 1gb with about 200mb free
It will show up as a hard drive using a normal Mini A USB Cable
can it be upgraded? I see no reason why not WILL it be? well thats another story. I would love to upgrade the POI's many things are missing I discovered that neither auto zone or pepboys is in the POI data.

This blows. There's a lot of things POI that have been around for years that it doesn't have. The casinos being one of them. This is aggravating. Not to mention I didn't recieve a user manual in the box and there isn't one on the site. If it's a beginners product shouldn't there me an instruction manual?
