From your case there are wires to put it on the motherboards pin. you can check your motherboard's manual on where to insert the designated wires to the correct pins.

Look in manual for the computer case ..will identify which cables are for which front panel source..then in manual (online or paper) you route to your motherboard for USB/sound etc.... good luck

SOURCE: gigabyte motherboard connection front panel to motherboard?

Have you reseated them properly? Did you have the power connected still when you took them out and put them back in? If you had power still plugged in you have probably fried the ports.

I have gigabyte ga-g41mt-s2p mobo does anyone have picture of correct cable connection layout, so I can check visually if I have connected the cables correctly

You can download "GA-G41MT-S2P" Manual and all the cable connections are in the Manual.

FYI
As for the Front Panel ATX casing cables connections, the "white" cables are the -ve polarity & the "coloured" cables are the +ve polarity.

Hope it helps.

Can i use a sata hard drive with my ga 7vklm mobo

The Gigabyte GA-7VKMP motherboard does not support serial ATA SATA drives. Open the link provided; http://tw2005.giga-byte.com/Motherboard/Products/Products_GA-7VKMP.htm
2 x ATA 66/100/133 bus master IDE ports
1 x FDD, 2 x HDD and 1 x CD audio input
IrDA(1x5) and COM2 on board
GBT standard front panel
2 x USB2.0 connectors (support 4 ports by cable)

You can connect the adapter below to an opened IDE port and connect a SATA 1.5 drive to your system.
http://www.satagear.com/SATA-MM-A1_SATA_Adapter.html
This should allow you're SATA drive to transfer data faster than the 133MHz standard IDE speed.

Cheers'

GA-8S650GXM FOR USB FRONT AUDIO PANEL

You will need the motherboards manual to help you with connecting USB_1, USB_2 and F_PANEL audio to you're case. If you do not have you're manual for the GA-8S650GXM you can download it from Gigabyte; http://america.giga-byte.com/FileList/Manual/motherboard_manual_8s650gxm_series_e.pdf
You will also need Adobe reader installed to view the manual.
Gigabyte GA-8S650GXM main web site; http://www.gigabyte.com.tw/Products/Motherboard/Products_Spec.aspx?ProductID=1658
Turn to page 18. Number 17, F_USB1/F_USB2. Use the link provided below to help you connect you're front case USB wires to the motherboard; http://www.directron.com/installusb.html
Turn to page 24, for front audio connections. Keep in mind once you configure you're audio to function from you're cases front audio port you will not be able to use the rear audio port. Caution, most people find bumping any front case USB or audio cords break far too easely. To avoid breaking the front audio port, consider using a Y splitter for the rear audio port as shown in the next link; http://shopping.yahoo.com/p:StarTech.com%20MUY1MFF%20Audio%20Video%20Cable:1991733360;_ylt=Ah94ikZN9zDbTi2.arc45BkbFt0A

Hope you find this helpful.

No sound from front panel of GIGABYTE GA-MA69G-S3H

Aloke,
It does mention in your manual (top of pg. 28 -notes), that in order to use the HD Front Panel Audio connector the pin configuration are different than the AC97 connections. Your current case is set up for AC97. You will have to contact Mfg. for the case click the link for Gladiator support:
http://www.a-top.com/jsp/info.jsp?number=3

You can try this, open up your control panel, look for an icon that's named Sound Effects Manager. Open it. Click speaker configuration.
This is part of Realtec's software. This is where you can setup & check both front & back ports (Audio & Mic).
If this part of Realtec did not install goto Gigabyte & down load your audio software & re-install it. (Just a suggestion).
http://www.giga-byte.com/Support/Motherboard/Driver_Model.aspx?ProductID=2554

Hope this helps. If you make the call it will be a fix.
Good luck.
