Puk number ive put the puk number in and now it says that the puk number is blocked and i have to call SOS but when i do it just says "the network rejected your call" i dont know what to do

You need to obtain your PUK code and enter it to unlock your phone.

PUKs, or personal unblocking keys, are used to unblock a mobile phone which becomes blocked. You will need to look up the phone number of your Network provider. SOS means emergency calls only are available to fire, police ambulance etc... so do not use this even if it does work - unless of course you have an emergency. The PUK code is only available directly from your Network Provider so use google to find their support number and then use another phone to call them. PUK is a personal unblocking key which is actually related to the Sim card and not the actual phone itself. Your Network provider is the only way to gain access to this information.

The good news is the Network provider will give you the PUK for free.

All you need to do is ring your provider (on another phone obviously) and once they have established that you are the owner of the phone they will give you the PUK for free and directions on how to enter it into your phone.

all you need to do is to call the network provider/operator in their customer care unit and they will ask for your puk number on your sin park
the fault is not from your phone but from your network operator andthe cause of this is may somone or you wrongly enter pin code.just check for your puk number and call the customer care unit of your network provider to re-open your msisdn/sim

see....note down your sim card number which is on the back of your sim.then from other phone call your customer care..and tell your sim number they will tell you the puck code now enter the puk code and your sim will start working...

Every PUK code is unique so nobody can tell you your PUK number, but i will tell you what you can do!
1) If you still have your packet that your Sim Card came in, you should find your PUK number in there, if you don't have the packet, please read bellow.

2) You must get a phone that is on the same network as your phone and call the networks Customer Care and ask them for your PUK number, they will ask you for your phone number, then they will tell you your PUK number. Once you have done this, you will be able to reset your Pin number so you will be able to go into your phone again.
