No need to change but you have to check that whether the BSI track is missing or not.The only thing you need to do is to apply jumper.So follow the fifth one.Good luck

hello,you have to take it to a mobile phone engineer for the unlock or to the store you purchased it from.or if its the keypadv unlock you talking about,follow the steps below.i.e.pess menu then the star botton on your your left hand side at the bottom left,but you have to make it so snappy within seconds.hanks.

The phone is not detecting the blue tooth as there are errors in the software. So to reset remove the battery and the memory card from the phone. Using your PC , scan the memory card for any corrupt files or media files with virus- it is possible when they are downloaded from unsafe sites. If so remove or format the card. Now replace the card and battery and switch on the phone. If the phone hangs up then it is confirmed that the software is corrupt and will need a reinstallation. Seeking help from the authorized service /support centre is most ideal. Take estimate and decide.
