No sound and black screen

I bought a sanyo DP42746 plasma 42" TV. Now I only get a black screen, no sound or picture. I only get a green light at the bottom. When I disconnect and connect and turn TV on I hear the relay sound but no pic or sound.... No recall, No help from Sanyo customer service, No Nothing......I also think we should sue SANYO!!! Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Same deal, only the green ligh at bottom comes on. It worked fine last time we had it on yesterday?

    I have the exact same problem. They said $890.00 to fix!!!!! Only had tv 1 1/2 YEARS. $1500.00

Your tv is not working. and nobody knows how rough you are using it. there's no point in blaming anybody. its a electric part that can stop working at any time. so you can get it repaired.

unplug the power connector to the tv, wait two minutes then plug it back in and try to turn on the set... this worked for me.

Sanyo DP42746 initially had partially black screen and no is totally black with no sound but the green power light is on and I can hear the relay pick up if I unplug and replug it.
this is a common problem help start a class action lawsuit to get your money back!!

Sanyo 42"Plasma TV DP42746 No Picture
a thousand or so people have experienced this problem! I am a military spouse and our same tv did the same thing on Super Bowl Sunday 2009! We did everything we know to do: call the company, called the repair man, etc. There apparently isn't a solution to this that wouldn't cost more than the tv is worth. So I got an attorney to start a class action:
