go google and type in --- fault codes for 1993 cadillac seville--
the first site is cadillac OBD codes -- and if you click on that site you will find a page cadillac pages
page 2 in the middle column there is a section cadillac seville 1993-1995 4.6 L at the bottom of that column
click on it and the fault codes appear
if you right click on the screen , a print section should appear and you can take a snapshot of the screen and any screen page after that so that you can get a hard copy of the fault codes
If its a Shark then fault 8 : SHARK Power Module Fault
Check SHARK Connections and Wiring Replace the Power Module
if its a DX fault 8 : Over Voltage Fault
Check Battery voltage is below 32V Check Battery wiring and terminating is secure

there is 2 problems that makes this tv have standby fault.. so here they are,!
1.)main av board ---the 8 leg eeprom loses programing just under LVD CABLE TO SCREEN -£14.99 from a guy or if you can program yourself 4.99 for the flash to reprogram,.
2.)POWER SUPPLY FAULT IS MLT199TL PSU. (UA4)AREA, SG3525AN (16 leg) Regulating pulse width modulator. the first fault all votage at psu will be there ,, 5v / 12v / 24v
the second fault psu will have 5v standby but no 12v or 24v this will stop the secondary from fireing up.. hope this helps.

Just wait for it. Its normal if the flashing light doesn't transfer to another box then it is actually not working.
If that is before welcome screen and stay for about 8-10 minutes it is not working.
