PC suit for HTC F3188 you can download here-http://www.htc.com/www/supportdownloadlist.aspx?p_id=311&act=sd&cat=all

1. Download the PC suit .
2. Double click the exe file to run it.
3. Follow the instructions given to you.
4. When installation has completed, the program will open and you can connect your HTC F3188 without any problem.

First try this: 1) While the phone is connected to the computer, go to settings on the phone 2) Select wireless and network settings 3) Select Tethering, you can turn tethering on from there. Some carriers have removed these kinds of apps from the market, so you might not find one. 2) After the app has been installed,it should guide you through the process of setting it up. Some tethering apps will require you to have another program on the computer you are connecting to.
