My start button is the only one not blinking while every other program button does! off corse it won't run either! what to do?

use the camera digital or cell cam and with the remote control viewn see if the LED are ON. see the photo attached.
If do not do it. Open the remote control clean the keypads from corrosion, and resolder any colder joint . clean the contacts batteries and try again.

Put the Mac install disk back in. Try pressing command-option-escape to force quit. If nothing happens, then press command-control-power to force a restart. If that doesn't work, press and hold the power button for five seconds or so until the computer shuts down. Power up the computer again, and hold the option key so you can select the instal disc for startup. Run Disk Utility again. Sometimes you get a tangled file reference that requires several tries to undo - this could be calling the sleep routine instead of what it's supposed to do.

My Whirlpool washer model WFC7500VW1 will not start--the green Start button keeps blinking and the red Door Locked button keeps blinking. I do not get any error codes.

Sounds like you need Clear CMOS jumper block on the motherboard. Use this jumper block to clear the CMOS RAM, which is powered by the onboard real time clock (RTC) button cell battery. Pin 1 is indicated by markings on the board.

Settings:

• Pins 1 and 2 covered - Normal operation (shown)
• Pins 2 and 3 covered - Clear CMOS enabled

I have had some programs that never uninstall either.
Make sure it's not running.
Check "Task Manager" to see if its running.
Also check in your "startup folder in "progrems"...if it's there take it out.
To do thet ...rite click on the big start button in the lower left corner of screen.
...then click "explore"....look for "programs'....then "startup"

That blinking underscore is the way in which the laptop's BIOS is telling you that it didn't find any Windows to boot to - it was completely corrupted.
The only thing left to do is to reinstall it.
