Trying to upgrade to windows 7 tried downloading drivers wont let me. help please. is it compatible? if not whats the solution?
If your computer is 5 yrs or older it might not support windows 7 also you will need a minimum of 1 GB of RAM for 32 bit or 2GB of RAM for 64 bit to install windows 7 http://windows.microsoft.com/en-AU/windows7/products/system-requirements

well it doesnt really matter with they motherboard it only matters with the other parts to your PC as long as you have a relatively new processor and DDR2-3 ram (dual channel) your system will be fine. Just look on Newegg.com to find your parts and you'll be fine they even have nice combo deals to help with pricing.
