CK your hori output Transistor and small blue capacitor round it feed the hori output 2k high voltage cap if they are OK then Replace both of your STK ICs they will have part number on them. For Parts Call Mats 1-800-628-1118
Your blinking red power light is indicating a problem with the set. It has read an error code. With my experiance with Toshiba I found that a dead set or blinking red light can be a whole bunch of diffent conditions. One common problem though, and I would check this first, is your convergence circut. It is very common that the the convergence IC's themselves and or some resisters in that circut have failed. Also check all the pico fuses on the power and sub power supply's. Hope this helps and good luck
