Get the fault light on my esab 1250

The code 10 for srs (air bags) is the thermal fuse inside the
diagnostic monitor is blown, it will do this if vehicle was in an accident,airbags were deployed and crash sensors trigger, safing sensors were also triggered or if the circuit to the monitor was at one point shorted to ground blowing fuse.a code 10 is just telling you the monitor thermal fuse is no good snd you must replace module. But if vehicle was not in an accident and you had a different code flashing at some point, usually a code 5 showing a hard fault short,or if it's flashing that now, this MUST be repaired BEFORE the new monitor is put in or you will ruin new monitor, and there not cheap.

Check pwr to pump with test light while somebody turns key on and off, if pwr check ground from pump to frame, if no pwr check fuel pump relay

Gas light goes on when you have an air flow or pressure problem. Do you have enough pressure? you will need at least 120 psi at the compressor and 75psi at the plasma machine. Do you have enough flow? You will need 20 SCFH and a 30 gallon compressor reserve tank.

one of your pwr wires going to ground check and insulate all wiring(maybe rubbed through on metal behind light cover/dash cluster

check the main lead to the torch,if there is a cut or any hole in the rubber coating it will show fault,the unit uses high frequencey so if the lead has a cut it wont fire up.

when mine act like that I check the tip make sure the air pressure is right and that it has a good ground

check ur ground

check for a problem neutral switch and wires
may find that switch is loose and grounding out the wire connections or plug
