these really aren't atomic clocks and are set at the factory. It receives, it's LF signal out of Colorado and should correct itself. If not contact the manufacturer.

Ricoh Error SC899

SC 899 is a software error. For example printing from directly from a website. Various printing from websites makes 899 error. Just remove the print queue from the computer and that's it. Make sure you save the file first from the website before you print to avoid same problem.
