Miele coffee machine (cva 4062) is showing a fault 81 error message. Any idea how to solve

Hi,

Fault error 81means-Internal circuit board problem.This error will be cause due to short circuit in the board or the wiring connections internally loose.Use multi-meter to check you are reading volts on the board.If there is no change in the multi-meter then circuit needs service.Check for loose wiring connection

Note:Usually this problem arises because of Not using the
Switch On/Off button.You would have directly used the main switch with out using the Miele CVA On/Off button.This causes the board to experience sudden increase or decrease in voltage
