My ProHeat system is almost brand new, meaning used albout three times and the last time I used it I didn't do a very good job of cleaning it up. Since then I have cleaned all the suction parts and the solution the the hand tools works fine, but nothing to the floor spray. I have gone as far as to check the spray jets to see if they are clogged.
Once again, the hand tools work fine, but nothing from the floor tools.

on the top of your tank you have a divertor, did you switch this to the floor setting?
