LG Shine KE970 Bluetooth issues

I bought a new unlocked LG Shine KE970 a week ago. I can connect to my computer and transfer files thru bluetooth no problem; but when I wanted to setup the earpiece bluetooth, I couldn't get it to pair. The phone found the earpiece and then when I was going to pair it, it asked for a passcode, but I couldn't enter anything on the earpiece, so it didn't pair. Now, today it doesn't find the earpiece at all, it's onn, so that's not the issue. Do you know what could be happening and how can I pair these devices?

If you have bluetooth on your computer then you can connect this way, if not go buy one from your local retailer and pair it up with your computer, there should be an option in the PC Suite for your Shine to connect by bluetooth failing this get on Ebay and buy a cable for a couple of quid

In case there is no USB port, you may use the bluetooth dongle on your computer to transfer the files or you can also use a memory ard reader and insert your memory card in it, connect it to your computer and transfer the files.

the most complete solution would be to do the next: 1. reset the phone to the default settings; 2. instal in the PC, the original set of drivers for the bluetooth connection tool; 3. format the card in FAT 16 file system...and after you got that...tell me what else can ever go wrong.

CANNOT PAIR AOEM BLUETOOTH HEADSET TO LG SHINE KE970 MOBILE PHONE
Push and hold both vol(+) and vol (-) at the same time for approx 2 secs. The headset will falsh green and red lights. Get your phone to search for bluetooth devices. It should find the headset. Enter pairing code 1234 in phone. Done
