Hi. I am assuming you are talking about the page that Internet Explorer goes to when you first open it. If that is the case, try this:

Windows Vista (all versions)

1. Open Internet Explorer by clicking the Start button somebody installed windows live on - getopencontent.aspx?assetid=4f6cbd09-148c-4dd8-b1f2-48f232a2fd33&documentset=en-us&renderkey=xml, and then clicking Internet Explorer.
2. Navigate to the webpage you would like to set as the home page.
3. Click the arrow to the right of the Home button , and then click Add or Change home page.
In the Add or Change Home Page dialog box, do one of the following:
• To make the current webpage your only home page, click Use this webpage as your only home page.
• 4. To start a home page tab set or to add the current webpage to your set of home page tabs, click Add this webpage to your home page tabs.
• To replace your existing home page or home page tab set with the webpages you currently have open, click Use the current tab set as your home page. This option will only be available if you have more than one tab open in Internet Explorer.
5. Click Yes to save your changes.

Windows XP (all versions)

1. Open Internet Explorer by clicking the Start button, and then clicking Programs or All Programs, and clicking Internet Explorer.
2. Navigate to the webpage you would like to set as the home page.
3. On the pull-down menus at the top of the window, click the Tools menu and choose Internet Options (if the Tools is not showing at the top of the page, you can access it using the Tools pull-down menu located on the right side of the window).
4. To make the current webpage your home page, click the “Use Current” button.
5. Click OK to save your changes.

Hope this helps!

How could i get in my msn messenger when i forgot

If you are sure somebody highjacked your MSN account, the first option is to contact MSN support team As Soon As Possible.

If you can't wait, take a try of this password recovery software. It will help you recover forgotten login password for Chat Messengers like MSN Messenger, Windows LIVE Messenger, Google Talk etc. Good luck!

Re; msn messenger wont uninstall in control panel

You can try to do a repair from the add/remove programs. If that does not work, you can try to totally remove msn messenger from your computer and do a fresh install.
