I have 1690mf and changed cartridges, the 3c10 call engineer appears after printing, paper jammed. Had call out from service engineer, afraid he's at a loss too, says it is a security issue but no instructions on how to repair, waiting now to hear from Konica theselves as to what is the answer, I can still print, just have to take the paper out and switch on an off when it stops, annoying though

That was the first time I have changed the toners and did not wait for the machine to reset. That is probably what caused the problem.
I've tried the 26237 code. It didn't work at all. As soon as I turn it on it says the same "Machine trouble, Service call (3C10)". When I press < it goes to the:
T/C change
Replace mode
Eject Mode
P/H Clean Mode
But when I select any of them it says NOT AVAILABLE
This is the only screen I am getting, cannot use the menu.
Any other ideas?
