When booting up press f2 to go into bios. In there make sure usb support is activated thenstart the machine. It should now be working. If it is not hover the mouse over the computer icon , or go into the system settings, enter device manager, check the status of usb there. If it has "!" in a yellow circle that means there are issues regarding it functioning.Right click on the device and check that it is not disbled. that should sort it out. If your laptop has USB3 you might need to install drivers

Its illegal for anyone to provide serial keys for programs that have retail values set on them its Pirating

To go back to windows 7 you will need to insert the system restore disk in to the cd drive, then reboot the computer, when the computer first starts up you will need to hit either f2 or f8 when the computer symbol first boots up either (dell, hp, sony.ect.) that will bring you to the boot menu then find where it will have cd/dvd drive in it most likely with some other words in the same line, once you have found that you will hit enter on your keyboard, then you should here your cd/dvd drive spin up, once it ask you to "press any key to boot from cd/dvd drive do that, then you should have the option to restore your computer

hellow maam/ser .. maybe your driver software is probly lost or outdated download driver navigator. its free then do a scan to see outdated and missing drivers if any are missing then you can buy a 1 year subscription. trust me it works i accedentaly deleted my atheros wifi driver stuff and this fixed my computer completely. outdated drivers dont mean anything but missing do. hope this helps.

yes you need to format, you need the cd for do this, download with another compuiter and use your key password, look under the laptop the key number is your licence

This is a tried and tested way to recover it takes quite long but here goes: (remember to backup all your documents first)

First you will need your Windows Vista Home Premium licence key the easiest way is to boot to safe mode using F8 then use a U3 stick USB drive with this U3 WinkeyFinder installed to find and save your Genuine Licence and also backup your Windows Activation file you will need this for later.

1.Install your Windows Vista Home SP1 operating system using the normal method with your install CD use you Genuine Key found using WinKey. Then restore you activation file using Winkey on the U3 drive.

2. Dowload the Windows Vista SP2 Patch CD from the Windows Website.

3. Reload all you drivers using this excellent Aspire 6920 recovery CD from WinGuides. It will cost you £10.

All done. if you dont have a Windows Vista SP1 Install CD then you will also have to download one which you can do legally as you already have a Genuine Licence if not check using this MGA Tool
