Loose connection mate try putting some blue tac behind the face close to where the face connects to the CD player if you understand what I mean mate if not take the CD player out of the dash and push all connections firmly in and look for any damage hope this helps
that is the way the radio is designed. it is probably for security purposes to let a thief know the face is missing and hopefully keep him from stealing the deck.
On some units there is a slot or hole in the bottom of the unit, under the dvd side, that lets you open the tray by turning or sliding a gear or lever. Do not turn the unit upside down or the disc will fall out of the tray and into the unit. If there is no hole, take the cover off and there may be a pulley with a belt or a gear that can be turned to release the disc. There are 3-4 screws that hold the dvd mechanism in place, if all else fails, remove them and lift the mechanism out, be careful not to damage any cables. Some times the tray face will not fit through the face plate so the face will have to come off with the dvd mechanism, the face usually just snaps on.

but if face plate stays attached just need to clean and put back on right to deck no easy way to say that
for ppl still having this problem.. more than likely the dash kit is to small and not allowing the radio to close properly. soulution: get one that fits, or get a dremel and shave down the plastic on the dash kit that prevents the radio from closing... hope this helps some1
