Code problem for a phillips tv what do you enter first tv+code= ?

1. Manually turn on the tv.
2. Hold code search button until the red light stays on.
3. Press and release TV button-the light should blink
4. Enter one of the following codes:517 419 512 613 719 112 506 111 618 627 437 041 891 802 111 313 715 With a valid code entry, the light should turn off.
5. Press channel up button. If the tv responds, the code worked.

If some functions (like mute or menu) dont do what they should, try a different code.

How to enter codes manually:

1. 899 Turn on the device (VCR, DVD, TV, Satellite receiver etc.) you wish to program.
2. Press and hold the "CODE SEARCH" or "SETUP" button on the remote until the indicator light turns on, then release.
3. Press and release the button for the device you are programming (VCR, DVD, TV etc.). For AUX, press AUX button, then the device button you are assigning to AUX. The indicator light will blink then remain lit.
4. Enter the three-digit or four-digit code (depending on your GE remote model) for your device using the number buttons. After your code is entered the indicator light will turn off.
5. Aim the remote at the device you want to control and press the POWER button. Your device should turn off. If your equipment does not respond to the first code listed in the documentation, repeat steps with the next code. If the device responds correctly to other functions like Volume or Program up/down, no further programming is required.

I just bought a Polaroid 22 inch LCD DVD Combi,, I struggled for hours trying to find a code online,, and eventually researched that my Polaroid TV is made by Phillips,, I entered a Phillips 4 digit code (0081) and it worked.. here are the codes for a phillips universal remote for your tv 0421 1608 1004 1903 0216 0520 1515 and 1912 if you have a phillips universal remote thats fairly new like 2008 i believe then all you have to do is hold the setup or codesearch button until it turns red and enter in the four digit code hope this info. helps

do you have a 3 digit code for RCA TV for the philips universal remote?

I found this on a website devoted to unlocking DVD players.

You need an OneForAll6 remote (URC 7560)

1. Press DVD device button (set remote to DVD)
2. Press and hold MAGIC until it flashes 2x
3. Enter Setup Code (0539)
4. Press MAGIC again
5. Enter 085
6. Enter 222 222 005 255
7. (should be displayed)
8. Press PLAY

for the remote "SBC RU880":

1. Press and hold 1 and 6 until SYNTH is displayed.

generally PHILIPS code is entering into servicemode press(0)(6)(2)(5)(9)(6) followed by (Menu) button. good luck
