The refrigerator side is cool but not cold. What can I do?
Open the freezer door and move food so you can see the entire rear inside panel. Do you see frost building up on this panel? If so, you have a defrost problem and your unit needs attention. It will only get worse. Supply the last few letters of the model number if you need further assistance.

Don't let them tell you that the problem is related to "sulfur" in your water. It's a scam so that they don't have to repair the problem. The actual problem is that they don't use quality parts to build these units anylonger.

I did check the fan and it was not operating and checked the voltage to the thermostat it was good and replaced the stat. It is working now.

the coil freezes up solid. i take the inner liner out and take a heat gun to the coil, speed defrost and reassemble. 6 screws max.

As the weather is getting warmer for many people their freezer
and/or refrigerator do not work right because of a dirty condenser coil...

Is there ice build-up in the back of the freezer? If so take the panel off the back of the freezer section inside the freezer and replace the heating element.
