SOURCE: how do I export from outlook to my seiko 440 smart printer

I'm not familiar with this printer but usually you export details as a .csv file which you can import in to most other software packages. If you need more help, please can give more detail. Thanks :)

P Touch 1880 indicates MAX font size, but prints smaller sized label. If I print one word at a time, it prints in MAX size. If I print two or more words, it prints smaller font. Weird, new problem.

Sounds like you may have a maximum length set that keeps you from printing over a certain length of label and it is adjusting your font size to fit that length. You may need a manual to figure out how to reset the length.

The code between the labels indicates either you are using labels designed for another model or that it is thinking it has a shippinhg label opr some lareger type installed. IT is more likely to be the first option, you are usinjg the wrong coded labels

Print problem

You should make sure you have the label program set for the same size label you are printing and calibrate the printer before you start a roll.
