Troybuilt Junior Tomahawk..wont start. I t ran beautifully for a while and now it won't start. I changed the oil, gas and plug... tried to clean the carb but it was already clean as a whistle. My father gave this to me...I can't tell him it doesn't run anymore. What is my next step? Please help me if you can...I am a girl...don't know too much about these things but I am trying because I am too broke to rent a machine...gotta fix this one.

defiantly the carb but its not bad - clean / soak it with some seafoam and blow out all the holes. its just clogged and isnt getting the fuel/air mixture right.

It takes good gas, good spark, and good air for a gasoline engine to run well. The next thing I would do is put a new air filter in it.

prefer air-cooled engine oil from mower dealers or some auto supply stores have air cooled engine oil.
