Tha plan states "register your plan on-line within the first 90 days from purchase, and receive one FREE additional month of coverage!" The problem is their On-line Registion will not work. First of all, the sample idenifying the location of where the SKU code is on the sales slip is missed labled; therefore, I used their on-line chat person (Jamie) to indicate where the code is on the sales slip.
Next the Manufacture and the Product drop-down-dialog boxes did not drop down (malfuctioned). Thereforer, I phoned their 24hour service and talked Kenney who registered my HP product. Now that I register via the phone, I do not get the one FREE addional month of coverage.
I've just been had!

As usual, I was the lesser of a literate human being so I was purusing the incorrect web site for my registration.
I needed the OCR registration but with the HP web page! When I entered their site, I was able to register the OCR software which is housed within our wonderful 3-In-One Fax machine.
