Let me get my spanish going. There's no such thing as a Internet Driver. What is happening with your system? What happens when you click on Internet Explorer? You might have a connection problem instead of a driver problem.
I think you mean Network Driver. On the Dell Optiplex GX270 the NIC or Network Interface Card is standard on the computer. Every computer comes with one. So if you plug a network cable from your modem or router into the network card on the back of the computer it should light up if it's working. If it's not working you need to purchase a network card. Click Start/Control Panel/Network Connections and see if it says connected. If it does right click on it and select properties, then select the option near the bottom of the window that says "show icon in the notification area when connected" and click OK. Now if you look at the bottom right near the time you should see a computer with green lights on it. That means it's connected.
Assuming the card is there and lights up then that means your drivers are already loaded. But if by some freak chance they were not there you'll need an internet connection to go to google and type in the search "dell support" ( without the quotes). Look for drivers and downloads. Give it your computer model Dell Optiplex GX270 and your operating system. Download and install the driver.
