How do i reset 2 factory default

If things really go south on your FireTV then you need to perform a hard reset, returning it into factory default mode. This will leave your FireTV just as if you bought it.All personal configuration, installed apps, games, passwords, etc. gone! but then, a hard reset will almost guarantee to recover into life your fireTV from non-working state.
You need to press RIGHT and BACK buttons for 10 seconds to initiate the Factory default reset.
Then you will have the original default username and password, which shold get you in to set it back up.

Will need a model number. H264 is the compression format.

You don't need a password to hook up a second computer - just plug it in. You only need the password if you want to change the configuration of the router.If that's the case, the default user ID for this model is 'Admin' and the default password is 'password'. If you have a non-default password you will have to reset the router to factory defaults and then login with the default ID/password.
To reset to factory defaults, press and hold the Reset button until the Test LED turns on (about 10 seconds). Release the Default Reset button and wait for the router to reboot

However it will set customer accessible menu settings back to factory default settings

You must perform a factory reset using the reset button on the rear the device. You will then have to login using the factory default user id and password, create your new password, then reconfigure your router to your system as all settings were reset to factory defaults.

Reset you phone to "Factory Default" by entering 12345 as the code. To do this, go to "settings" scroll down to the bottom and select "Factory Default" or "Factory Restore" and enter the code as mentioned above and press "Ok". This will restart your phone or if not will directly reset you phone to the factory default (the condition of the settings when you purchased). If you have changed this and forgotten - then you will need to do a factory reset of the router see page 82 - button at the back marked reset - hold this in for at least 5secs

do you have all the cables hock up right

you can try resetting the modem by picking a small pin and pocking in behund the modem which states "reset"
Or if you can access the gateway you can reset it from there.
to access gateway in case type in your browser -- > http://gateway.2wire.net/mdc - <-- you will be prompted to enter password . The default password is 2wire . Once you entered in , scroll down to Troubleshooting which will be on your left
, search for resets <--- Click on it, it will direct you to a page where you can reboot system and stuffs.. Click on the button RESET beside factory defaults. Your modem will be reset to factory default, your power light will change orange and be normal back for about 10 secs ... When everything has come back to normal, you can then continue to enter your user id and password to log in internet.Or alternatively u can Go to http://gateway.2wire.net/setup <--- and configure your modem from there with a step by step guide :)
