If the PC board is a single layer board then you can remove the coating on the printed circuits either side on the crack and then solder a small piece of wire on the printed circuit tracks. This will bridge the printed circuits across the cracks.
If the PC board is a multi-layer board then it is impossible to repair and the PC board needs to be replaces if you can get one. It maybe cheaper to get a new amplifier.

A good tech could probably fix that, did it burn a hole or otherwise carbonize the phenolic PC board material? If so replace the board.

You can only get that board directly from Sansui or one of their distributors. If your set is out of production (more than a couple of years old) there is a good chance that the board is no longer available likely get that board from Sansui, there will be no generic replacement for that. There is a safety factor involved here.

If you can get the board then replace it and see what happens. Hopefully it will happily give your more years of service.

Usually a bad ground to the board can cause this problem.
