The one light flashing on the display is an error code. Depending on which light is flashing will tell you what the error code is. Check the link below to see if it has the error code. That should give you an idea of where to start.

Are you taking too much ice in too short time? The freezer needs some time to freeze the water to form cubes. Another reason is that the water supply line may be blocked by air bubbles. Ensure that the water supply is adequate.

if you have ice built up on rear wall of freezer section then your unit is not going through defrost cycle which builds up frost on evaporator and restricts cold air flow over to the fresh food side.
