Download were can i download the software how i can download my camera VX-1000 i have a life cam vx-1000 but i lost my cd for instlation,can i get help

Just choose the webcam, VX-1000, your OS, and then download. Make sure the cam is Unplugged before you install the software, once it's done or asks you to plug it in, the rest should go smoothly.

the dashboard don't work on my lifecam vx 3000. i lost cd so i download from web and its not the same software that came with the cam

I would try going to microsoft.com and searching their site for this. They have most of the support needed for their products
