does your fon is a batery operated?if that so,clean the contact of the batery,(both the batery & the fon).but if it still not working,replace the batery.
Hello there. please try to re-install your phones driver and the next time you insert your phone to your computer use another usb port and not the same you have been using all this while. hope i helped bye!
from non expert here but I'd say that a master reset not only removes contacts but you have to get serial id's etc out of the back of the handset and call your service provider to reprogram the handset fon number and other details back into your fon. just a first guess but i didn't see any one else answering so i thought i'd throw that one by ya! (No Extra Charge) lol.
