Check battery with a volt meter and make sure it is charged

if under warranty return for repair

if not you will need to disassemble and test on off switch as well as diagnose wiring

Generally speaking, code 12 means the battery has been disconnected at some point in time.
Code 44 means the battery temp sensor circuit is out of normal range, too high or too low.

you know the relay works, you checked it, make sure you have power going to the relay and power at the pump

you can't hear the pump running? If not, chk the fuses
