T Belt light stays on how do I turn it off

If you meant seat belt light, are you driving with your seat belt or without? If with, inspect the wiring that goes into the bottom side of the seat belt receiver for pinched/damaged wires. If you are not using a seatbelt (not advising this, but your choice) you can get replacement buckles that will clip in just like your seatbelt does, our you could grab some off same model vehicle in a salvage yard.

Hi, I would like to know if the front seat belt retractors for Honda CRV 2003 are the same? If yes, is it difficult to replace the seat belt assembly? I'm planning to buy a used front passenger side...

I don't know if this is something you want to get into? You decide. Front Seat Belt Replacement SRS components are located in this area. Review the SRS component locations and the precautions and procedures before performing repairs or service.
NOTE: Check the front seat belts for damage, and replace them if necessary.

Front Seat Belt

  1. Make sure you have the anti-theft code for the radio, and then write down the frequencies for the preset buttons.
  2. Disconnect the negative cable from the battery, and wait at least 3 minutes before beginning work.
  3. Slide the front seat forward fully.
  1. Pull the lower anchor cover (A) back, and remove the lower anchor bolt (B).
  2. Remove the B-pillar lower trim panel.

  1. Remove the upper anchor cover (A), and remove the upper anchor bolt (B).

  1. Disconnect the seat belt tensioner connector (A), and detach the harness clip (B) from the retractor (C). Remove the upper retractor mounting bolt (D), and the lower retractor bolt (E), then remove the front seat belt (F) and retractor.
  2. If necessary, remove the front seat belt protector (G).
  3. Remove the B-pillar upper trim.

  1. Remove the shoulder anchor adjuster (A).

  1. Install the seat belt in the reverse order of removal, and note these items:
    • Assemble the washers, collar, and bushing on the upper and lower anchor bolts as shown.
    • Check that the retractor locking mechanism functions.
    • Apply liquid thread lock to the anchor bolts before reinstallation.
    • If the seat belt tensioner has been activated, replace the front seat belt protector with a new one.
    • Before installing the anchor bolts, make sure there are no twists or kinks in the seat belt.
    • Make sure the seat belt tensioner connector is plugged in properly.
    • Reconnect the negative cable to the battery.
    • Enter the anti-theft code for the radio, and then enter the customer's radio station presets.
    • Reset the clock.
    • Do the PCM idle learn procedure and the power window control unit reset procedure.

Seat Belt Buckle

  1. Make sure you have the anti-theft code for the radio, and then write down the frequencies for the preset buttons.
  2. Disconnect the negative cable from the battery, and wait at least 3 minutes before beginning work.
  3. Remove the front seat.
  4. If equipped, remove the center table.
  5. Remove the under seat storage box.
  6. Remove the center cover, driver's, passenger's.
  1. Driver's: If equipped with seat heater, remove the harness band (A), and disconnect the seat subharness connector (B). If equipped without seat heater, detach the seat belt switch connector clip (C). Detach the seat belt buckle tensioner clip (D), and harness clip (E).

1991 Honda Accord Ex. My seat belts on both sides (driver's and passenger's) stopped working. I just want to push them back in the position and turn electricity off. How?

You should take it to your Honda dealer for repair. Honda has a lfetime warranty on seatbelts. See below.
While seat belts cannot completely
remove the possibility of injury,
they do provide a very significant
level of protection when used
properly. Honda believes the best
way to enhance your safety is to
use your seat belt. To encourage
their use, the seat belts should
always be in good operating
condition.
Time Period
This warranty continues for the
useful life of the vehicle.
Warranty Coverage
Honda will repair or replace, at its
option, any Honda seat belt
component that fails to function
properly during normal use. This
includes all parts and labor
charges.
This Warranty Does Not
Cover:
• Replacement of a properlyfunctioning
seat belt assembly
strictly for cosmetic or comfort
reasons.
• Failure caused by abuse,
alteration, accidental damage,
misuse, or malfunction resulting
from a collision.

Warning light came on this morning, figure of a man with the seatbelt. What does this indicate?

This is the seatbelt indicator, its not seeing that your seatbelt is fastened ifthe light stays on and the chime keeps going off.

There is a switch inthe seatbelt that closes when the seatbelt is buckled, and if not, thelight stays on and the chime goes off.

There are a couple reasons thiscould happen. It could be a wiring issue going to the seatbelt buckle,or more likely the buckle itself. Your truck is pretty new, so if youare under 36,000 miles the repair would normally be covered underwarranty.

Also, I suggest check the Repair Manual for Jeep-WK-Grand-Cherokee-Section-08O-Restraints (page 473 and next, for Seat Belt)

Hope helps with this (remember rated this) Good luck.

Seatbelt won't retract

1)move the plastic cover over the seat belt out of the way to gain access to the two mounting bolts for the seat belt mechanism. Use a 10mm wrench and a 14mm wrench and remove the two bolts holding the seat belt mechanism to the body. Use a small drill bit or small screwdriver and make one hole in the plastic cover on each side of the seat belt mechanism (the covers say "do not remove plastic cover". Spray lots of wd40 in each hole. Then exercise the seat belt. When the mechanism allows the belt to be retracted, retract the belt all the way out and exercise the seat belt. Reinstall mechanism with both mounting screws in original position and put plastic cover back in place. Good luck. New seat belt costs $100.00 from dealer and are hard to find working in junk yards. I have fixed several of them this way.

Volvo V70 rear seatbelt jammed

you can remove the bolt that holds the seatbelt to the floor by pulling off the seatpad where the belt goes to the floor and then raise the seat and the belt should reset. this happens on my passenger side rear seat.

Rear passenger side seat belt is stuck, and I can't work out how to get to the mechanism without damaging the seat.

If it is a 850 sedan like mine then you'll have to remove the speaker covers and then pull up the rear deck cover, then you can get to the mechanism.
